Payment
You will receive your invoice via email following your online registration. The attendance fee is payable within 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Once the fee is paid you will be registered for the Citytagung and we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
Attendance Fee
The attendance fee amounts to € 590.- (excl. 20% VAT).
The price includes the conference materials, buffet, as well as drinks and snacks during the breaks.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations until June 09th, 2023 are possible without processing fees. For cancellations from June 10th to July 21st, 2023, a handling fee of € 180.- (plus 20% VAT) will be charged. For cancellations after July 22nd, 2023, the entire participation fee is due if no substitute participant is named. Cancellations as well as the nomination of a substitute participant must be made in writing. In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded. The organizer assumes no liability for travel, hotel or similar costs in connection with cancelled events. In case of postponement of the event by the organizer, an alternative date will be announced. If the alternative date does not fit, a substitute participant can be named. The nomination of a substitute participant must be made in writing.
Payment Condition
Admission can only be granted if payment has been received by RegioPlan by the start of the event.
Note
By registering for the Citytagung, you automatically give consent for the inclusion of your name and company in the attendee database. In addition, you also give RegioPlan Consulting GmbH the right to use and circulate the photographs and recordings made during the Citytagung for its public relations activities.
